Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CinaGroup handles information when you visit cinagroup.com or contact us through the channels published on this website.

Summary

  • You can browse this website without creating a CinaGroup website account.
  • The contact form submits the information you enter to a CinaGroup endpoint and stores accepted inquiries in Cloudflare D1.
  • Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
  • Links to CinaGroup products and third-party services may take you to websites with their own privacy policies.

Information you choose to provide

When you submit the contact form, we store:

  • the submission reference, submission time, and scheduled retention date;
  • the language used for the form;
  • your name and email address;
  • your company or team, if you provide it;
  • the inquiry category and message you provide; and
  • operational status, notification status, and the website hostname that received the inquiry.

The contact database does not intentionally store your IP address or browser user agent. Cloudflare may separately process standard network and security information as described under “Technical information.”

If you email us directly, we receive the information included in your email and associated mail metadata.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment card information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the website contact form or ordinary email.

Technical information

When a website is delivered over the internet, hosting, network, and security systems may process information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, and security signals. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain service reliability.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not require an advertising profile to browse its public pages. Service providers may use essential storage or similar technologies when needed for security, traffic management, or core functionality. Product websites reached from this site may use different cookies or storage under their own policies.

How we use information

We use information only for purposes reasonably connected to the interaction, including:

  • responding to inquiries and support requests;
  • evaluating and scoping requested work;
  • operating, securing, and improving the website;
  • preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
  • meeting applicable legal obligations; and
  • establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

How information may be shared

Cloudflare provides the Pages hosting, Workers runtime, network protection, and D1 database used to receive and store contact inquiries. Cloudflare processes information on infrastructure that may operate in multiple countries.

The contact system supports an optional notification processor. No optional webhook notification processor is currently configured. If one is enabled, contact contents may be sent to that processor to alert our team; we will select an appropriate provider and update this notice when needed. A notification failure does not remove an inquiry already stored in D1.

We may otherwise share information with service providers that help us securely operate or communicate about the website, subject to appropriate contractual or operational controls. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply.

We do not describe personal information as being sold through this website.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are normally scheduled for deletion 12 months after acceptance. Each row records its retention_until date so the deletion process can be audited. We may delete an inquiry sooner when it is no longer needed or in response to a verified request.

We may retain information longer where reasonably necessary to maintain required business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, or comply with applicable law. Direct emails and information moved into an active customer, support, or contractual record may follow the retention period applicable to that record rather than the contact-form database schedule.

International processing

Cloudflare’s network and D1 service, our personnel, and any approved service provider may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal measures for cross-border processing. Privacy protections and legal rights can vary by location.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@cinagroup.com. Include the contact-form reference if you have it, but do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method. We may need to verify the request before acting and may retain limited information where a legal exception applies.

Children

This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the contact form.

External websites

This website links to product websites, social platforms, source-code hosting, and other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
